Terms and Conditions of 166wim – Platform Rules

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "166wim" or "Platform": the 166wim.best website and all its services — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, bonuses, and customer support.
• "User" or "you": any individual who accesses, uses, or registers on 166wim.
• "Account": the individual account linked to the User's CPF, protected by a password.
• "Real Balance": amounts deposited by the User via Pix, boleto bancário, credit or debit card, PicPay, or Mercado Pago, available for betting and withdrawals.
• "Bonus Balance": credits granted by 166wim as a promotional benefit, subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Rollover": the wagering requirement the User must meet before being able to withdraw the Bonus Balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer): the User identity verification process, which may include submitting documents such as a national ID, driver's license, and proof of address.

To create an account and use the services of 166wim, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be an individual resident in Brazil, holding a valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in the registration form — including your full name as it appears on your ID, CPF, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• Not have any other active account at 166wim, whether in their own name or in the name of a third party.
• Not be under a voluntary self-exclusion period or a suspension imposed by 166wim.

The 166wim reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including prior to releasing withdrawals. Failure to complete the KYC process within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of account access.

Registration by individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited. If a User is found to have provided false information about their age, the account will be closed immediately and any existing balance will be forfeited, including deposits made using fraudulent information.

Each User may maintain only one active account on 166wim. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF — whether directly or through family members or third parties — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any accumulated balances.

Users are solely responsible for the security of their login credentials. The 166wim recommends using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication, available in your account settings. Under no circumstances should the User share their credentials with third parties.

If the User suspects unauthorized access to their account, they must notify 166wim's support team immediately. 166wim via live chat. The platform will take appropriate measures to protect the account, which may include a temporary block and a forced password reset.

The 166wim is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the User's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

All deposits on 166wim are conducted exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$). Accepted deposit methods include: Pix, boleto bancário, Visa, Mastercard, and Elo credit and debit cards, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions.

• Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: subject to the limits of each payment method, as shown on the deposit screen.
• Credit timeframe: Pix deposits are credited within seconds. Boleto bancário may take up to 2 business hours. Credit card confirmations may take up to 15 minutes.

Deposited funds must be of lawful origin and owned by the User themselves. A 166wim does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties. Deposits suspected of involving money laundering or fraud will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Brazilian law.

The 166wim does not charge additional fees on deposits; however, any fees charged by the User's financial institution are the sole responsibility of the User.

Users may request a withdrawal of their Real Balance at any time, provided the KYC process is complete and there are no pending issues on the account. Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the bank account held in the registered User's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 30.00 per request.
• Processing time: up to 15 minutes for regular accounts; up to 5 minutes for VIP Platinum and Diamond members.
• Daily withdrawal limit: R$ 10,000.00 for standard accounts. VIP members have differentiated limits based on their level.

For withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00, the 166wim may request additional verification documents before processing the transaction. This is a standard procedure designed to protect both the User and the integrity of the platform.

Bonus Balance may only be withdrawn after the full rollover requirement for the corresponding bonus has been met. Winnings generated from Bonus Balance are subject to the same rollover rules. Once the rollover is completed, the amount is automatically converted to Real Balance and becomes available for withdrawal.

The 166wim does not charge fees on withdrawals. Any fees charged by the recipient financial institution are the sole responsibility of the User.

The 166wim offers a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other periodic promotions. Each promotion has specific terms outlined on its corresponding page, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• The welcome bonus is automatically credited on your first deposit — no promo code required.
• The standard rollover is 30x the bonus amount received.
• The deadline to complete the rollover is 7 calendar days from the moment the bonus is credited.
• Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover is incomplete at the end of the deadline are automatically cancelled. The Real Balance remains unaffected.
• Each User is entitled to one welcome bonus over their lifetime on the platform. Duplicate accounts created to claim the bonus again will be closed.
• The 166wim reserves the right to cancel bonuses and reverse winnings if there is any suspicion of promotional abuse or if rollover requirements are met through means that compromise the platform's risk exposure (such as betting on events with near-certain outcomes).

Winnings from free spins are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to a 30x rollover before becoming withdrawable Real Balance. Free spins are valid for 7 days after being credited and expire automatically if not used within that period.

Sports Betting at 166wim cover Brasileirão Série A, Série B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, basketball (NBB), volleyball, MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform. Odds are displayed in decimal format and may change up until the bet is confirmed.

• Minimum bet: R$ 1.00 per selection.
• Parlay bets: maximum of 20 selections per bet slip.
• Bets are final once confirmed by the User and cannot be cancelled, except where the Cash Out feature is available.
• Cash Out lets you settle a bet before the final result — the amount offered is calculated in real time based on how the match is unfolding. The Cash Out value may be lower than the original potential return.
• If an event is suspended or cancelled after it has started, all bets will be voided and the amounts returned to the Real Balance.
• The 166wim reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on specific events or markets without prior notice.
• Bets placed using insider information or in collusion with other parties to manipulate outcomes are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Obvious odds errors — such as prices significantly out of line with market standards — may be corrected by 166wim before confirmation or voided after confirmation, with a full refund of the amount wagered. The platform will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly.

By using the services of 166wim, the User agrees not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors on the platform for personal gain. If any irregularity is found, the User must report it to support immediately.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or in a fraudulent manner.
• Using 166wim's services for money laundering or any illegal activity under Brazilian law.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to guarantee a favorable outcome regardless of the actual result of the event.
• Placing systematic "arbitrage" (arbing) bets with the sole purpose of exploiting odds differences, with no genuine entertainment intent.
• Acting in an abusive, offensive, or discriminatory manner toward 166wim's support team.

Violating any item in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of Bonus Balance, withholding of Real Balance pending the outcome of an investigation, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

Users may request voluntary closure of their account on 166wim at any time, by contacting support via live chat or email. Before closing the account, the User must withdraw any available Real Balance. Any Bonus Balance with a pending rollover is automatically cancelled upon closure.

The 166wim may close or suspend a User's account in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or use of the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Account identified as belonging to a user under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months, subject to prior email notification.

In cases of closure due to a violation, the Real Balance may be temporarily withheld during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the Real Balance will be returned to the User within 30 business days.

The services of 166wim are offered on an "as available" basis. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may carry out scheduled or unplanned maintenance. In such cases, active bets and balances are preserved and access is restored as soon as possible.

The 166wim is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the User themselves.
• Internet connection failures on the User's end that result in a game session being interrupted.
• Indirect damages, loss of profits, or non-material damages not related to proven platform failures.
• Misinterpretation of odds or market rules by the User.

The maximum liability of 166wim under any circumstances is limited to the value of the User's Real Balance at the time of the event giving rise to the damage.

The 166wim handles Users' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018). Processing includes the collection, storage, use, and disposal of personal data strictly for the purposes described in the platform's Privacy Policy.

The data collected during registration and the KYC process is used to:

• Verify the User's identity and eligibility.
